Welcome to the film production studio located in the Red Hills.  

The area has a rich history related to the Gold Rush of 1848.  A  region of 7,100 acres of public land located just south of the historic ghost town of Chinese Camp in Tuolumne County.

The Red Hills has been a location for many major motion pictures. From the earliest silent films to Unforgiven and Back to the Future III.

Projects currently underway include STEAM.  The history of steam locomotives and the railroad's influence on California.  It's cultural significance is examined.
